General Policy

• All sales are final.
• Returns, exchanges, or replacements are only accepted for:

• Incorrect items received
• Manufacturing defects

Requirements

• Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

Customers must provide:

• Order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the defect or issue
• Photos of the packaging if applicable

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.
• Original tags and packaging must be included.
• SNOOZE reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet these requirements.

Size Disclaimer

• Customers are responsible for reviewing the provided size chart before purchase.
• Garment measurements may vary by ±1–2 cm due to manufacturing tolerances.
• Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for sizing-related issues.
